Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Products damaged due to wear and tear, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for return.

Lunaleaf reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
