Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos as proof.

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Lunaleaf.
